Our nurture platform where girls access holistic tools, information and support all in a safe space.

The teenage years are quite testy. Teens are finding their identity, dealing with social pressure, peer pressure and also school work. Teen at this phase are making critical decisions that can influence the trajectories of their lives and more than ever need the right information and support to navigate these years.

Shining Bright Girls Circle is a 10 month rounded self development program and a structured safe space offering needed support and direction to teen girls. Girls in a consistent and effective manner learn life skills and tools that ensure they are rounded and are equipped for life. Girls also get support and mentoring from certified life coaches, mentors and peers inclusive. They engage in interactive sessions, hands-on workshops, build lifelong friendships and have full access to the Brighter Girls’ resources.

Our goal is to give girls holistic tools in a safe space that ensures they are well rounded and equipped to thrive in life.

I didn't know what to expect as I arrived for my internship. As it was a Monday, i settled into their Monday meeting and we had brain teaser tests but trust me it wasn’t easy. I have learned how to pick calls, answer customer’s complaints or comments on products, learnt how to type customers details on products. It’s been nice going for an internship, although it’s stressful. Now I understand why my mom is sometimes grumpy when she comes back from work. Most frequent questions and answers

How are classes held and how often do they hold?

SBGC classes are both online and on site on both of our locations. The on site class holds once a month apart from school holidays where parents will be notified. Follow up classes and some interactions take place online.

how many girls are in a class?

Our standard cohort of class is 12- 20 girls. That way, we keep our signature promise of safe space and personal experience.

my daughter is 11 going to 12, can she join the class?

We will love to have her in our class but she needs to be ready for the content we share in this class which is for 13-16 year old. We have other programs for her. Do join our mailing list to get more information about our programs.

Do i get to choose my child's mentor?

You will have a choice during this process. A questionnaire is always filled before the process begins and the most appropriate selection will be made based on the needs and uniqueness of the child. The Mentor also has an input in the process.as well.

How long is the internship?

The Internship is a 2 weeks duration. An extension may or may not be possible. Internship selection is based on personal development goals , career interest or other factors that come to play at the time.
