Ololade is a Human Resource Professional that is focused on helping Management achieve strategic objectives through Talent Management and Development. She is passionate about women empowerment particularly in the area of Financial Independence. She runs a Personal Finance for Women platform where she provides knowledge about managing personal finance and gaining financial literacy. She actively seeks opportunities to impart on young girls and help lay the right foundation for the empowered women we want to see in the future.

A graduate of Economics from the University of Lagos and chartered marketer – Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, she brings strong internal consulting competencies, an ability to quickly assimilate new concepts, adapt and “hit the ground running” plus a well rounded focus on business bottom-lines.
A versatile, positive individual with a quick mind and strive for excellence, Izin has built strong expertise across Consumer/Trade marketing, Luxury marketing, Communications and Public relations.
The Founder and Creative Director of Oak&Teak – a fast rising interior design and furniture manufacturing company, and MD of Newer Heights Ltd.- an agro-allied company.
She obtained a first degree in industrial mathematics from Covenant University and a second degree in Financial Mathematics and Computation from the University of Leicester, UK.
Morenike loves to travel to new cities and is very adventurous
